CoCo’s Bella Vista page names Christopher Columbus Charter School on its pickup list: staff collect children at dismissal and walk them to 1001 Christian St.

Before you enroll

  • Pickup lists change every year, and most providers need a minimum number of children from a school. Ask each one to confirm Columbus Charter pickup for the days you need.
  • Ask what happens on early-dismissal days and district days off.
  • City rec centers post each year’s after-school listing late, so call before counting on a price or a spot. Their listings live in the Parks & Rec finder.
  • Free, city-funded programs are in the city’s After School and Summer Program Locator.
  • This page is for the school’s North building at 916 Christian St, kindergarten to 4th grade. Grades 5–8 are in the South building at 1242 S 13th St, which isn’t covered yet.
  • The school doesn’t post a dismissal time. Ask the office when the day ends before you plan a pickup.
  • The school’s 2026–27 handbook says before care is available before 8:00 am at this building, for a charge. It doesn’t mention after care, and the school posts no list of clubs.
  • Two outside programs name the school on their own pickup lists: CoCo Academy, a block away, and Mister John’s Music, around the corner on 9th St.
